- Payment recovery. Baremetrics sends dunning emails and in-app reminders; sumwerk only tells you, and lets an automation create a task or call a webhook.
- Cancellation insights and forecasting are products of their own there. sumwerk has neither.
- More data sources, including app stores and Shopify.
What sumwerk does differently
Every number opens into its evidence
A month opens into its movements, a movement names the Stripe invoice or event, and a daily check compares each subscription with Stripe's own invoice. Where no invoice or event says exactly when something changed, the movement says so.
The customer, not only the subscription
Leads and trials that never touched Stripe, several Stripe customers that are one company, owners, tags, product usage, notes, calls and tasks: sumwerk keeps them with the revenue, and everything is writable through the API.
Risk you define
A failed payment is a late signal. sumwerk also flags paying customers who match rules of your own, such as nobody active in 30 days, and lets an automation react the hour a customer starts to match.
