Bring your ChartMogul data with you
Paste a read-only ChartMogul API key and your customers, their people, notes, calls and tasks come over in minutes. Revenue is not imported - sumwerk computes it from Stripe itself.
Start free Free during early access. Read-only Stripe key, hosted in Germany.

What comes over
Customers with every external id, their tags, owner and custom attributes; contacts, also those without an email address; notes and call logs with author, time and length; tasks with assignee, due day and whether they are done. Customers that were merged in ChartMogul stay one customer, with all their Stripe customers linked.
Repeatable, so you can run both for a while
Run it again whenever you like: what is there is updated, nothing doubles, and whatever someone changed in sumwerk since the last import is left alone. That lets a team switch when it is ready instead of on one day.
Nothing silently dropped
Every entry that could not be imported is listed with its reason and a link to the customer in ChartMogul, on screen and as CSV. Fix it there, run the import again.
The key is temporary
The ChartMogul key is encrypted for the length of the import and deleted when it ends, successful or not. sumwerk only reads from ChartMogul.
Questions
- Do colleagues need a sumwerk login before the import?
- No. Their notes, tasks and customers are kept under their email address and become theirs the day they join with it.
- What is not imported?
- Revenue of any kind, opportunities, and email from connected mailboxes.
- Is sumwerk affiliated with ChartMogul?
- No. ChartMogul is a trademark of its owner; the import uses ChartMogul's public API with a key you provide.
Goes well with
- CustomersA customer in sumwerk exists independent of Stripe: leads and trials from your product, several Stripe customers under one record, attributes, tags, owners.
- Tasks and notesWrite notes, log calls with their length and keep tasks per customer in sumwerk - with the MRR, the ledger and the payment risk on the same page.
- MRR you can provesumwerk computes MRR from the state of each Stripe subscription, not from prorated invoices, and links every movement to the Stripe invoice or event behind it.
Connect Stripe and check your own numbers
A restricted, read-only key is all it takes. The first import runs in a few minutes; every number you see opens into the customers and Stripe references behind it.
